Saffron Strikers who enjoyed a commanding victory on match day 1 will look for more of the same from their bowlers who enjoyed a good outing in restricting Cinnamon Challengers to 56 of their 10 overs. The bowlers all went for under 6.5 runs per over. Ryan John with his variations can be the difference against a strong Warriors batting line up. The Batsmen were not tested in match one and would be hoping to put in a good performance with the Bat, Lawrence, St. Hillaire and Kendel George all look promising in their short stint at the wicket.
Andre “Spiceman” Fletcher starred with both bat and bowing picking up a hattrick in figures of 4-12 and then a dominant 79 not out with the bat. Warriors will be hoping for more of the same from their talismanic captain in what should be a stiffer challenge in their second match. Their bowlers who found it difficult earl in the first match will hope to put in a better shift in the second match.
