Cinnamon Pacers got off to rollicking start, losing their wicket in the 6th over with 72 runs on the board, Alick Athanaze was the star of the Pacers innings registering the first 50 of the tournament, he ended of 66 of 28 balls with 9 fours and 3 sixes. His timing and placement were to perfection, the Warriors bowlers had limited answers to the exploit of Athanaze. Andre Fletcher announced himself arrival in the tournament in fine style by dismissing the dangerous Athanaze and a hattrick of the final 3 balls of the innings.
