In the Spotlight
Nutmeg Warriors who currently sits at the bottom of the table will be hoping to go level on points with their opponents who has 4 points from 4 matches. Nutmeg Warriors have done well with the bat as both their openers Andre Fletcher and Seandell Regis are among the tournament leaders. Their bowling has been their let down so far and would be hoping that one or two of their bowlers beside Andre Fletcher can pick up wickets on a more consistent basis. The match up against the Blasters is a showdown between two of the weaker bowling in the units in the tournament which promises to be high scoring affair.
Devon Smith’s Bay Leaf Blasters experience similar issues as their opponents, Devon Smith and Denis Smith has led the way with the bat for their team so far in the tournament and will be counted on for similar contributions with the bat. The bowling from the Blasters have been under par so far for the tournament and would be up for a major challenge against the Andre Fletcher and his warriors.
Conditions will be partly sunny tomorrow and a good day for cricket.
Another good day for batting is predicted on a good track which has provided limited assistance to the bowlers.
