Bay Blasters bowlers was put to the proverbial sword in the last game by the Nutmeg Warriors, their batting mainstay Devon Smith failed for the first time in the tournament. The 77 for 7 they made in that match was their lowest score for the tournament and would be looking to give a better account of themselves with the bat. The bowling continues to leak runs and would be hoping to get it right as they enter the second half of the round robin stage.
Ginger Generals started campaign started of brightly, however results have not gone their way in recent matches and now find themselves 5th on the table. They will be hoping to reverse this trend and get back to winning ways urgently. Their batsmen have not delivered in recent games which makes it difficult for their bowlers to keep them in the game. Their top order batsmen have struggled and will be hoping they can come good against the Bay Leaf Blasters
