In the Spotlight
Following the rain out in the last match Saffron Strikers will be keen to pick up 2 points to maintain their lead at the top of the table. Strikers batsmen strong batting line up has been done well in recent matches with the Openers Lawrence and St. Hillaire setting up the innings nicely for the power hitters (Joseph and John) and the back end of the innings. The bowlers have leaked runs lately and would like to be more disciplined in their effort.
The Nutmeg Warriors in their last match enjoyed their most successful effort with the ball when they were able to restrict Bay Leaf Blasters to 77 for 7 off their ten overs. Their bowlers would be looking to put in a similar effort against a very talented Strikers Batting line up.
