Cinnamon Pacers for the second time in two games posted the highest total of the tournament.
Cinnamon Pacers produced one of the best batting performances of the tournament when they posted a record 143/3 from their allotment of overs. In the first over of the match the pacers lost 2 wickets for 10 runs, this third slow down Alick Athanaze and Kyron Andrew who were engaged in a record 125 runs for the 3rd wicket partnership. Alick Athanaze continued his rich vein of form when he registered his third score about 70 and his 5th fifty of the tournament. Athanaze was dismissed for 74 which came of 26 balls and was laced with 7 boundaries and 6 maximums. Kyron Andrew scored the second 50 of inning, he was out for an even 50 from 22 balls which had in it 3 fours and 5 sixes. Cliffon Andrew figures of 2-18 was able to apply the brakes to the innings.
Clove Challengers in search for a record high score of 144 for victory fell short by 21 runs, the Challengers got off to a slow start in the early overs, they lost their first wicket in the 6th over with the score on 52. Some late innings power hitting from the Captain Cyprian Forsyth and Imran Joseph lifted them to 122 for 3 at the end of the innings. Joseph and Forsyth shared an unbroken partnership of 64 from 22 balls. Forsyth smashed one of the biggest sixes of the tournament when he deposited Kyron Andrews onto the roof of the Junior Murray/Rawl Lewis Stand.
